SPRESH
SPRESH is the only bottle in the world that does not require head tilting or sipping while drinking. The SPRESH uniqueness is in its flexible material and design, which creates a pump-action effect, allowing a fun & effortless drinking experience.
SPRESH - Easy one hand operation, allowing drinking on the move.
- Filling - Turn the bottle upside down, unscrew the base cap and fill with tap water or filtered water, close and tighten the cap, then turn round again.
- Opening - Hold the Spresh upright and retrieve the drinking tip with your teeth or fingers.
Important: Before initial use please remove the sterile shrink wrap covering the drinking tip. - Drinking - Put the drinking tip in your mouth and gently press the sides of the bottle, using tip as a straw. Fresh water will flow easily to quench your thirst.
- Easy Cleaning - Half fill with water and a few drops of lemon juice or soap. Shake well and rinse.

Half fill with water and a few drops of lemon or soap. Shake well and rinse.
The SPRESH is intended for drinking cold liquids, but is also resistant to heat of up to 70?C, so you can wash it in the dishwasher. It is recommended to pull out the drinking tip before cleaning it in the dishwasher.
Please note:
- When not in use, leave bottle open to air dry.
- Do not microwave!
- When not in use, leave bottle open to air dry.
Unscrew the base cap, and place open bottle on a rack. - We recommend to change water often and keep it completely empty and dry when not in use.
- Please store in a dry and shaded place. Don’t squeeze under a heavy load so the form doesn’t get warped.
- Do not store the Spresh in particularly hot places, where the temperature may rise beyond 70 degrees, such as the trunk of a car on a summer day, etc.
The SPRESH, just like all other SOURCE products, is free of BPA and other harmful substances.
The SPRESH, like all other SOURCE products, is made from certified food approved materials and compliant with the most stringent quality and safety world standards.
The Spresh fits into most of the water bottle cages on the bike chassis and most of the cup holders in cars. There is no standard size for cup holders and bottle cages, therefore we recommend that you check in advance (The SPRESH bottle diameter is 70 mm).
You can purchase the SPRESH in selected sports and outdoor shops.
You can look up the store nearest you on our website (by city and by store name):
http://sourceoutdoor.com/backpacking-gear/find-store
The SPRESH should be filled with water only; carbonated drinks might damage the product:
- The gases might inflate the SPRESH due to its flexibility and may cause it to leak.
- Discoloring and staining may occur.
- The SPRESH passed a water Migration Test (according to European Regulation EU10/2011), and was not tested with carbonated drinks or juices.
The Spresh is freezable. We recommend filling it to no more than a 1/3 of its volume and storing it horizontally in the freezer. Thus before use you can fully fill up the bottle with additional water.
HYDRATION
All our hydration systems are based on a unique film technology, specially developed for our systems, called Glass Like™. It implements liner technology that prevents bio-film build up, making it a self cleaning system.
Surface analysis through AFM (Atomic Force Microscope) shows that our film is 1000% smoother than that of our competitor's films, with only 50% difference from glass itself. Combined with our Grunge Guard™ technology, the system is Easy Care & Low Maintenance.
The same water will remain fresh for days and even weeks.
We do recommend cleaning the tube from time to time. It's more exposed to UV radiation and sugar residue can accumulate when using energy drinks.
We highly recommend using our Tube Brush Kit, spatially developed for this purpose, which can be found here: http://sourceoutdoor.com/18-tube-brush-kit.html
Please follow these instructions:
- Open reservoir by sliding Widepac™ Closure off sideways and unfolding top. (drawing 1)
- Press lightly on the sides of the reservoir’s wide opening and fill the reservoir. (drawing 2)
- The reservoir is designed to store cold as well as warm drinks (up to 60ºC/140ºF). You can add ice for cold drinks, or even freeze water in the reservoir overnight (only 3/4 fill).
- Fold top and close reservoir’s wide opening by sliding back Widepac™ Closure. (drawing 3)
Caution: Do not fill with boiling water.
Notes: Only one end of the Widepac™ Closure is open, but you can slide it onto the reservoir top from left or right.
During regular use with drinking water there is no need to drain, dry, or clean your hydration system. Simply refill and drink again and again without special care. As long as your drinking water is not exposed to direct
sunlight, the same water in your drinking system will remain fresh for days and even weeks. If you are using energy drinks or sweetened liquids we recommend that you follow the cleaning instructions after every usage.

To Dry Drinking System:
- Open the reservoir by sliding Widepac™-Closure off sideways and unfold the top.
- Drain reservoir completely and hang it upside down. Insert closure in between the handle holes so it’ll stay open. To speed drying time remove tube and insert it into the reservoir (see picture). You may also use paper towels to dry reservoir.
- When dry, fold top and close reservoir’s wide opening and slide back Widepac™ Closure.
Storing Drinking System:
Dry drinking system as described above. Store in a clean and dry place.
Tip: After prolonged storage, rinse reservoir with water and a few drops of lemon juice.
for mor information please read "Where can I find the Care and Use instructions for all the reservoirs?"
It is recommended to wash the reservoir if it was filled with liquids other than water (such as sweetened beverages) or before prolonged storing.
To clean the reservoir:
- Disconnect the tube: push the release button of the SQC™ connector.
- Slide off Widepac™ closure for wide opening access.
- Wash reservoir with soapy water or a natural sterilizer, such as lemon juice (chemical materials can damage the film and are NOT recommended). If necessary scrub with a soft brush. Rinse well.
- Dry reservoir completely as described in "How to dry drinking system after use", slide the wideslide back.
- Reconnect the tube and store the system in a dry place.
- If necessary, clean the tube and valve.
CAUTION:
- Never use boiling water.
- Do not scrub reservoir with abrasive materials.
for mor information please read "Where can I find the Care and Use instructions for all the reservoirs?"
- First time use: Remove hygienic shrink-wrap from Helix-Valve™.
- Unlock valve from shut-off position by turning mouthpiece 180º counter-clockwise until it locks in OPEN position (drawing 4).
- To drink, bite lightly on the Helix-Valve™ groove and sip (drawing 5).
- To close valve, turn mouthpiece 180º clockwise until it locks in CLOSED position.

Notes: To get maximum flow, bite only slightly on the biting zone. Strong biting will result in blocking the valve orifice and no liquid will flow.
Tips: To avoid the first warm sip in hot weather: after drinking, bite lightly on Helix-Valve™ for a couple of seconds while keeping your lips apart to let air into the tube. Liquid remaining in the tube returns to the reservoir.
Please follow these instructions:

QMT – Quick Mate Technology: Push-button convenience for fast and easy disconnection of tube and valve, and attachment of various accessories (patent pending).
To replace the reservoir in a drinking system with an NC cap:
- Unscrew Filler-Cap.
- Unscrew tightening ring (drawing 13) and free nozzle by pushing it inward. (drawing 14)
- Open top of pack, and pull drinking system reservoir out of pack.
- Install by performing steps 1-3 in reverse order.

Cleaning the Liquitainer is the same as with all our hydration systems:
- It is recommended to wash the Liquitainer if it was filled with liquids other than water (such as sweetened beverages) or before prolonged storing.
- Wash the Liquitainer with soapy water or a natural sterilizer, such as lemon juice (chemical materials can damage the film and are NOT recommended).

Our reservoirs were developed to be used with water. Please note we’ve never had any complaints from customers who used isotonic drinks in our reservoirs. However, due to the various available isotonic drinks out there, and the fact that an official test has not been performed, SOURCE will not be accountable for any damage caused.
You should have no problem using chlorine and iodine chemical water treatments inside SOURCE reservoirs. However, please note that we haven’t tested all the various available types in the market, and SOURCE will not be accountable for any damage caused.
Make sure you thoroughly clean the reservoir after use.
This also applies to our Liquitainer bottles.

Independent adjustment of heel, forefoot and arch straps. Precisely adapts to your individual foot and to the type of activity you are about to take
One continuous strap forms the upper of the sandal, allowing for perfect adjustment to the foot.
The instruction tags can be found here.
- To avoid odors we recommend washing the sandals in a washing machine or manually with a water temperature of up to 30 degrees Celsius (86 Fahrenheit). This does not apply to sandals with leather: Leather Gobi, Puerto, Oryx and City Sport. You can also try to wash them with vinegar instead of a fabric softener.
- We recommend washing the sandals with the Velcro straps closed to help prolong their functionality.
- The sandals should be dried in the shade and open air.
- Avoid exposure to intense heat, including the trunk of a vehicle parked in the sun for long periods of time.
