Warranty & Repair

All SOURCE products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Sandals warranty is extended as long as the Green Dot™ on both soles is intact, for a maximum of two extra years.

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. During the warranty period, SOURCE will repair or replace warranted items at its discretion.

How to obtain warranty service or repair service

  • Returns or exchanges must be within 30 days of the original invoice date.
  • A product considered defective should be returned to the SOURCE dealer from which it was purchased.
  • Owner is responsible for all costs associated with returning a product for service.
  • All parts and components must be included for an item to be accepted for repair.
  • Products must be clean before they can be evaluated and repaired. Dirty products will be returned to the customer without evaluation.
  • All packages should be sent via a tractable method. SOURCE is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
  • SOURCE OUTLET products carry a warranty of 3 months.
  • SOURCE will repair or replace the defective product at its discretion.
