Warranty & Repair
All SOURCE products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Sandals warranty is extended as long as the Green Dot™ on both soles is intact, for a maximum of two extra years.
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. During the warranty period, SOURCE will repair or replace warranted items at its discretion.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or damage caused by improper care. For detailed use, care and storage instructions, visit our website at: www.SourceOutdoor.com
SOURCE outlet products carry a warranty of 3 months.
How to obtain warranty service or repair service
- Returns or exchanges must be within 30 days of the original invoice date.
- A product considered defective should be returned to the SOURCE dealer from which it was purchased.
- Owner is responsible for all costs associated with returning a product for service.
- All parts and components must be included for an item to be accepted for repair.
- Products must be clean before they can be evaluated and repaired. Dirty products will be returned to the customer without evaluation.
- All packages should be sent via a tractable method. SOURCE is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
- SOURCE will repair or replace the defective product at its discretion.
SOURCE Return Policy
Returns or exchanges of products that were purchased through our on-line store can only be made within 30 days of the original invoice date. All returned products must be clean and free of wear and tear. Dirty or used products will not be accepted.
Every product sent to SOURCE must be sent with the following information:
- Customer name, address and contact information (Tel, Fax, etc.).
- Proof of purchase
- Description of the problem/reason for return/exchange
Please note:
- Products that arrive to SOURCE without the above information will be returned to the customer.
- Shipping charges of returned or exchanged products will be covered by the customer.
- C.O.D shipment (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted.
- Replaced or repaired products will be sent to the customer within 4 weeks from date of arrival at SOURCE.

I received the 2L as a gift last month and have only used it a couple of times whilst practicing some street biking stunts. It seems strong and fits very well. It is also seems easy to use and clean.
Will review it again once it has received some more wear and tear!

I have one in black/grey. Great looking, great finishes. Good storage for the mini-pump and for a repalcement tube. There are two storage places for energetic bars and a strap where you can put a red clip light at night. The water remains cool (I live in a place where the temperatures are 35º). It doesn't leak and the flow is OK. The dirt-shield cover is a very nice feature. It's a little dificult to put the full 3 liter reservoir in the pack but we get used to it. The straps and the back of the pack are confortable and the air flows as possible through them. It fell's more confortable when you have drunk some water because of the weight and the shape but that's normal. At the end, it's quite a suprise and and very Hi-tech way of hydrate yourself. I think it's a good buy and it looks great on the bike trails among the crowd.
