Warranty & Repair
All SOURCE products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Sandals warranty is extended as long as the Green Dot™ on both soles is intact, for a maximum of two extra years.
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. During the warranty period, SOURCE will repair or replace warranted items at its discretion.

SOURCE outlet products carry a warranty of 3 months.
How to obtain warranty service or repair service
- Returns or exchanges must be within 30 days of the original invoice date.
- A product considered defective should be returned to the SOURCE dealer from which it was purchased.
- Owner is responsible for all costs associated with returning a product for service.
- All parts and components must be included for an item to be accepted for repair.
- Products must be clean before they can be evaluated and repaired. Dirty products will be returned to the customer without evaluation.
- All packages should be sent via a tractable method. SOURCE is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
- SOURCE will repair or replace the defective product at its discretion.
SOURCE Return Policy
Returns or exchanges of products that were purchased through our on-line store can only be made within 30 days of the original invoice date. All returned products must be clean and free of wear and tear. Dirty or used products will not be accepted.
Every product sent to SOURCE must be sent with the following information:
- Customer name, address and contact information (Tel, Fax, etc.).
- Proof of purchase
- Description of the problem/reason for return/exchange
Please note:
- Products that arrive to SOURCE without the above information will be returned to the customer.
- Shipping charges of returned or exchanged products will be covered by the customer.
- C.O.D shipment (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted.
- Replaced or repaired products will be sent to the customer within 4 weeks from date of arrival at SOURCE.

In case you want to wash your Liquitainers we suggest using a natural sterilizer (chemical materials can damage the film and are NOT recommended). Simply wash your Liquitainer carefully with lemon juice, then wash it with water and dry it in the open air. Make sure it is totally dry before you store it. Same for the cap.

Au cas où vous souhaitez laver votre Liquitainers nous vous suggérons d'utiliser un stérilisateur naturelles (matières chimiques peuvent endommager le film et ne sont pas recommandées). Il suffit de se laver soigneusement Liquitainer de jus de citron, puis le laver avec de l'eau et laissez sécher à l'air libre. Assurez-vous qu'il est totalement sec avant de le ranger. Idem pour le bouchon.

Bought a 1L model, took it home, filled it with water, and it leaks round the top. The top will not tighten properly - it "clicks" and comes loose again.

I purchased your collapsable Liquitainer for my daughter and the top constantly leaks!!!.. And her friends bottles leak too...
Will a replacement top fix this or is it just a waste of $$.. Good idea - poor execution.

its a great product except the lid leaks which is not so great. I substituted a regular water bottle cap and it works fine. the cap designer should be shamed.
