• Registered Airmail - All online orders are shipped from Israel The sender receives a confirmation receipt that the package was sent. Registered airmail offers limited package tracking. Shipping duration varies from 7 – 14 business days depending on the destination [*Asia/ Pacific shipment may take 3-4 weeks for delivery] During the Black Friday Sale, shipping time may extend up to two weeks.

 

• EMS - Express Mail Service (EMS) guarantees delivery time within 5-10 business days to major destinations in Europe and North America, with full Internet tracking of your order. Express Mail Service is offered by 200 postal administrations worldwide and may vary by country. During the Black Friday Sale, shipping time may extend up to two weeks.

Please Note:  In some countries, V.A.T. and/or Processing charges may occur at the destination, according to customs and tax laws. This information can be obtained from your local customs office and we recommend inquiring prior to ordering. Products are shipped from Israel.  

Returns

Returns or exchanges of products that were purchased through our online store can only be made within 30 days of the original invoice date. All returned products must be clean and free of wear and tear. Dirty or used products will not be accepted. Every product sent back to SOURCE must be sent with the following information:

1. Customer name, address, and contact information (Tel, Fax, etc.).
2. Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation received via email)
3. Please state Refund or Replacement

Please note:

• Returned products must be unused and in original condition, including the original packaging and tags.
• Products that arrive at SOURCE without the above information will be returned to the customer.
• Shipping charges of returned or exchanged products will be covered by the customer.
• When returning a product for a refund, a shipping fee of $12 will be deducted from the refund amount.
• For products returned due to unpaid taxes in the destination country, the refund will also be subject to a $12 shipping fee deduction.
• C.O.D shipment (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted.
• Replaced or repaired products will be sent to the customer within up to 3 weeks from the date of arrival at SOURCE.
